Job Summary: The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of the Hays Recreation Commission (HRC), responsible for leading all recreational programs, facilities, and operations. This role provides strategic direction, oversees full-time staff, manages the budget, and ensures high-quality services for the community. The Executive Director also maintains strong partnerships with the HRC Board, local government, and community stakeholders.
