The Yale Athletics Fellowship Program’s purpose is to engage and cultivate young professionals interested in working in college athletics. As an Event Management Fellow, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all facets of gameday operations and event management, supporting a range of events including Ivy League and NCAA Championships. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Event Management. Over the course of your fellowship, you will progressively take on more responsibility, culminating in full ownership as the event manager for Yale varsity events during their season.
