The Atlantic 10 Conference is accepting applications for an Advanced Media Intern. Individuals should be familiar with video production including videography, non-linear editing, storytelling, studio production, original content creation.
Duties •Serve as original content creator for A-10 broadcast, digital, and social platforms. •Produce, shoot, and edit content to support sports and institutions of the A-10. •Provide support to Advanced Media staff in all aspects of internal studio productions. •Provide support for Advanced Media staff in preparation of and during assigned championship events, including but not limited to men’s and women’s basketball. •Travel to assigned A-10 Championships to shoot competition and provide content to social platforms. •Assist in organization and archiving of A-10 video assets. •Assist in graphic and animation creation. •Other duties as assigned.
Requirements • Undergraduate degree in broadcast communications, video production, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of cameras and support equipment. • Excellent post-production editing abilities. • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, work ethic, honesty, and loyalty. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effect, Photoshop, Premier, Media Encoder). • Self-motivated, creative, and digitally savvy. • Volunteer and/or paid experience in sports media technology and social media platforms.
This is a paid monthly stipend. Candidates must secure their own housing.

The Atlantic 10 Conference was founded in 1975 and consists of 15 diverse members across nine states and Washington, D.C. The conference office currently operates out of Newport News, VA and Washington, D.C. The mission of the Atlantic 10 is to provide an enhanced student-athlete experience through 22 nationally competitive championship sports.
