Overview
The School of Professional Studies' Division of Programs in Business is seeking an Administrative Manager to manage operations and the day-to-day business for the associate dean of DPB. Create strategic analyses, marketing analyses, and assessments. Work across the Division of Programs in Business to ensure operational elements of the strategic plans are implemented. Interpret University and SPS policies and serve as an informational resource to the associate dean, faculty, and staff with authority to resolve moderately complex administrative matters. Represent the associate dean in meeting with faculty, administrators and other stakeholders. Manage new and continuing projects, assignments and events of a standalone or recurring nature. Create and oversee maintenance of information systems, related reporting tools and structures. Manage associate dean's office budget to ensure availability of funds for operations, travel and special events; ensure compliance with University and SPS policies. Supervise staff.

Required Experience: 4 yearsâ™ experience supporting a senior-level executive. Must include experience conducting financial analysis, managing projects, budgets and staff.

Ability to work with multiple stakeholdersâ™ groups and/or working in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. Ability to act in a professional and confidential manner with all levels of employees and groups and effectively respond to requests and projects. Ability to manage budgets. Knowledge of advanced functions of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.)

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $92,500.00.
