We are looking for seasoned professionals that have had sales experience at another housing travel company, Convention & Visitors Bureau or sales equivalent. Salary will be based on this experience.

Learn or know the youth sports industry landscape, trends in the industry and knowledge of current clients, potential clients and industry competitors.
Create a sales pipeline and plans to grow substantially with all levels of types of customers.
Identify new markets within the industry.
Organize and manage company sales initiatives, ensure key targets and attend industry tradeshows.
Work with management to develop tradeshow goals and customer appreciation functions at tradeshows.
Set up company sales goals with management and develop sales goals.
Keep up and maintain RFP bid template and keep up with necessary outreach to make sure the company has every opportunity to submit proposals to potential clients.
Work with industry partners such as Convention & Visitors Bureau’s and sports commissions to develop partnerships for their events that they host in their community.
Monthly reporting on sales operations and goal status.
Meet and exceed sales goals that are established for the position.
Provide and maintain customers CRM platform.
