Sales Coordinator - Job Description

• Supports operations within the Sales Department.
• Report economic impact data.
• Attend required meetings, prepare attendance sheets and take committee meeting notes for distribution to community.
• Create gift baskets, organize shipping items and delivery to area hotels.
• Set up welcome tables.
• Assist with site inspections and FAMs.  Book flights, set up reservations, ground transportation, hotel reservations, secure show/attraction tickets, prepare agendas, welcome letters and name badges.
•  Perform research, data entry & reporting support to Sales Department.
• Assist with tradeshow preparation.  Ex:  gather items for Sales Managers, ship items as needed, load USB's etc.
• Maintain inventory of promotional items.
• Assist department with securing door prizes & gift basket donations from our partners.
• Manage monthly sales report process.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Simpleview experience preferred or willingness and ability to learn Simpleview.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to handle stress.
• Flexible.
