The Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and admissions operations for all graduate programs at The Fox School of Business and the School of Sport Tourism and Hospitality Management. The incumbent is responsible for creating and implementing recruiting strategies that achieve the goals for inquiries, applicants, and enrolled students for all MBA programs (Global, Part-time, Online and Executive) as well as for the suite of Specialized Master’s programs. The Director creates and enforces admissions standards and processes for the entire suite of graduate business programs and manages these processes, including candidate interviews, decision letters and all formal correspondence. In conjunction with the Associate Vice Dean, Performance Analytics and the CRM specialist, the Director creates the strategy for regular dissemination of data to key internal stakeholders – Dean of the Business School, Associate Deans, Academic Directors, Programs Staff, etc. Additionally, the incumbent provides data driven analysis and recommendations as needed. The Director manages the scholarship budget as well as expenses for the unit and sets criteria for scholarships and financial awards. The incumbent engages students, alumni and corporate partners across the Fox school community to build strategic alliances and to develop sophisticated awareness of program features for potential sourcing and referrals of MBA candidates. Finally, the Director represents the Fox School externally and with other appropriate offices on campus with the utmost professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least six years of progressively more responsible recruitment and enrollment experience that includes admissions, training, leadership and supervisory/management in a university setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM databases
Demonstrated effectiveness in working daily with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both in the US and internationally.
Strong attention to detail especially as it relates to reporting metrics.
Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and work well as part of a team.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, outstanding presentation skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to travel to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation as well as international and national travel, as necessary.
A valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to work nights and/or weekends, when necessary.
Admissions experience in a business school at the graduate level.
