The Human Resource and Management Development Program in the Division of Programs in Business (DPB) is seeking a professional to direct administration of graduate degree and noncredit programs in the School of Professional Studies (SPS). Responsibilities include: direct administration of graduate degree and noncredit programs for the Division of Programs in Business (DPB) within the School of Professional Studies (SPS). Develop and oversee all administrative processes and procedures including semester course schedules, faculty onboarding, appointments and compensation. Contribute to the development of a strategic plan and conduct competitive analyses for degree and noncredit programs. Manage administrative processes to provide support for new program roll out, academic planning, course and curriculum development. Manage adjunct faculty recruitment, evaluation and promotion processes. Prepare degree program budgets and income and expense projections. Supervise staff.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Advanced degree, MA or MBA
Required Experience: Five to six years of managerial experience or equivalent combination in higher education. Must have a student-centered service attitude, a collaborative approach to working with faculty, and be able to work well with a multi-cultural community of faculty and students.
